Allen Cardoza is a licensed private investigator (PI 7824) and instructor of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. He serves as president of West Shield Adolescent Services and West Shield Investigations.
Through both West Shield Investigations and as part of the C.I.I. Task force, Allen has been involved in the location and safe return of over 72 children who were abducted by non-custodial parents or human traffickers.
West Shield Investigations has successfully located and returned hundreds of runaway children to their homes, hospitals and schools.
West Shield Adolescent Services has been successfully transporting adolescents to specialized facilities and programs for over 25 years.
